Agreement

By submitting an order or using waracake.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Service area

We deliver within Lagos, Nigeria only. Orders for delivery outside Lagos cannot be accepted at this time.

Orders, quotes, and payment

• An order form submission is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm pricing and timeline by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
• The order becomes binding once you approve the quote and full or partial payment is received per the quoted terms.
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and changes

Changes to the cake design or delivery details must be made at least 72 hours before the agreed delivery time. Cancellations more than 72 hours before delivery may be eligible for a partial refund of any deposit; cancellations inside 72 hours are non-refundable because ingredients are typically already procured.

Delivery

We deliver within an agreed time window. Cakes are perishable — once handed over, the recipient is responsible for storage and handling. We are not liable for damage caused after a successful handover.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, and tree nuts. We can accommodate dietary requests, but we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Always declare allergies on the order form.

Photos and intellectual property

We may photograph completed cakes for our portfolio. If you'd prefer your cake not be shown publicly, tell us in the order's special instructions. Designs you request that are based on third-party intellectual property (logos, characters, etc.) are your responsibility to clear.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be heard in courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos.
