Burger is a dish consisting of a flat round cake of minced beef, or sometimes another savoury ingredient, that is fried or grilled and served in a split bun or roll with various ingredients and toppings. Some see it as a heavy sandwich though it comes in different sizes and packed with different delicacies.

A Meatgrinder or Meat chopper (for already grounded beef)

INGREDIENTS
500 gms of Ground Meat
2 – 3 tablespoonfuls of bread crumbs
Lettuce
1 Egg
1 onion (Minced, chopped, sliced or powder)
½ cup of Vegetable oil
Butter
Cheese
Brioche bun
Mustard powder
Mixed herbs
Beetroot
2 Avocadoes
Pickles
1 teaspoonful of Salt
1 tablespoonful of chilli powder
2 Peppers
2 Tomatoes
Tomatoes sauce
Burger sauce
Parsley
500mg of Bacon
1 tablespoonful of Garlic or Garlic powder
Cumin
Recipe for Burger
i. To make the beef patty, put the minced meat in a small bowl and press, add garlic powder, mixed herbs, cumin, salt, onion powder, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, mustard powder and mix thoroughly.
ii. Prepare the brioche bun by slicing it into two. Heat the butter in a pan on medium heat. Place both halves of the bun in the pan and cook.
iii. The burger patty needs to be cooked. To cook it, form a sphere with the beef mince. Place another pan on medium heat. Add little oil, place the beef into the pan, press the patty to flatten it and cook until brown.
iv. While this cooks, slice the vegetables (pickles, lettuce, onions, tomatoes).
v. Place cheese on the patty and cook until cheese is fully melted. Add a pinch of salt afterwards and remove the patty from the pan.
vi. To cook the bacon, put the bacon in the pan and allow to cook till light brown. Remove the bacon from the pan.
vii. The onions should be sliced and put into the pan. Leave it for some minutes to cook till brown.
viii. Break the egg and pour gently into a small container in the pan and cook until it becomes solid.
ix. To build the Burger, place half of the bun facing up on a bowl or plate. Peel the avocadoes and mash them in a bowl. Spread the avocado on the bun. On this, place the cooked bacon, the egg slice, beetroot, few onion slices, 1-2 tomato slice(s), lettuce, mustard powder, tomato sauce, burger sauce, sliced pickles and cover with the other half of the bun.
x. Serve as set.
